Dr. Tenholder is a general dentist of over 25 years, mother of three and wife of an Air Force Veteran, as well as founder of Synergy Dental Solutions, The Synergy Academy and ALF InterFace Academy. In addition, she is currently serving as a Board Member for the ALF InterFace Academy and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine (ABCDSM).
Her professional credentials include Diplomate status in the ABCDSM as well as Fellowship status in both the Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the Academy of General Dentistry.
By working closely with the inventor of the ALF family of appliances, Dr. Darick Nordstrom, she has benefited from the opportunity to apply the unique combination of professional guidance and personal experiences that have allowed her to develop the many resources now available for the ALF Therapy professional community. These include: an online educational platform, annual conferences, both entry level and advanced courses, and the innovative and supportive therapies of SmileLase and BabyLase.
